Terms & Conditions

Beluga Ltd and our team are committed to providing you with the best possible experience by providing a fun and safe adventure on the water with outstanding customer service. Beluga Ltd suggests that you bring anything that might make your trip more enjoyable including towels, swim wear, cameras, hats and sun block. Beluga Ltd reserves the right to make changes as necessary to ensure the safety, comfort and enjoyment of clients and crew.

Reservation Information

To reserve a charter we require a Visa or Mastercard number and expiration date.  This information can be sent via email or over the telephone and will be deleted at the conclusion of the charter. No deposit will be charged and the full fare will be due at the time of your sailing adventure. Please bring your credit card with you or take advantage of our US$50 discount for cash payment.

What to bring

Please bring your towels, bathing suit and change of clothes if you wish to stay dry after swimming or put on an extra layer at sundown. A hat and sunglasses (with lanyards) will also protect you from the sun and prevent any unwanted loss of your favs should there be a sudden gust of wind. The Captain will tell you about the hat rule.

Last but not least, we ask that you wear or bring organic and biodegradable sunscreen if you intend on snorkeling and swimming. The harsh chemicals are not only damaging your skin but are also very harmful to the reef and fish and causes the coral to die. Alternatively, wearing a long-sleeve t-shirt or rash guard will also protect you.

Weather

Here in the tropics we can experience four seasons in one afternoon. This makes it very difficult for forecasting. Please contact Beluga Ltd by telephone if you are in any way nervous about the weather conditions within 24 hours of your charter. Your Captain will be happy to discuss the conditions with you.

Beluga Ltd advises you to book for early in your stay so that, if required, we can reschedule. Under no circumstances should anyone consider reading a ten day forecast for the Turks and Caicos Islands!

Cancellation and refund policy

Beluga Ltd runs a unique, private and boutique sailing adventure.  If, for any reason, you have to cancel your reservation please give us as much warning as possible so we can offer your charter to our standby list.  If your cancellation is received within 72 hours of departure and we are unable to re-book your charter, then you may be charged the full fare. Once again: If you do not show up, or cancel within 72 hours of departure, we reserve the right to charge you a penalty up to the full fare.

Although we rarely cancel trips, we do reserve the right to reschedule or abort a trip for any reason whatsoever including adverse weather conditions, mechanical failure or circumstances which make the operation of the trip unadvisable.  Cancellations due to weather or mechanical failure which may occur during your sailing adventure will be prorated.

This will be the limit of our responsibility.
